• Only approved contributions are included.
• Contributions are used according to each contributor's release and credit preference.
• Private contact information and steward notes are not included in public outputs.
• Contributors may request removal from future online use.
• Some material may need extra permission before use in printed, social, fundraising, media, or documentary outputs.
• AI reconstructions remain labelled, and contributor accounts are not represented as independently verified evidence.
• Formal submissions, attributed objections, or other new uses on a contributor's behalf require purpose-specific permission.
